1. Scope

The following terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with HeyOishii UG (limited liability).

By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language available for concluding the contract: German, English.

We store the contract text and send you the order details as well as our T&Cs in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Delivery Terms

We deliver the products to the delivery address provided during the order process.

Food Delivery:

  • We deliver perishable goods only via shipping methods that ensure freshness and quality.
  • Please check the goods immediately upon delivery and store them according to the instructions on the packaging.
  • We accept no liability for damage caused by improper storage after receipt.

Self-collection is currently not possible.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices stated include statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment Methods

  • Credit Card: Charged immediately after ordering.
  • PayPal: Payment via PayPal, subject to PayPal's T&Cs.
  • Apple Pay: Directly at checkout; Apple’s terms of use apply.
  • Google Pay: Directly at checkout; Google’s terms of use apply.
  • ShopPay: Payments via ShopPay, subject to ShopPay’s T&Cs.
  • UnionPay: Payments via UnionPay, subject to UnionPay’s T&Cs.
  • Klarna: Invoice, installment payment, or immediate transfer; depending on creditworthiness and order value, subject to Klarna’s T&Cs.

Note: We have no influence on the respective T&Cs of the payment providers. Please check them before using the payment method.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

6.1 Statutory Defects Liability

The statutory rights regarding defects apply.

6.2 Limitation of Warranty

As far as legally permissible, we exclude liability for damages resulting from improper storage, self-inflicted damage, or normal wear and tear. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

6.3 Guarantees and Customer Service

Additional guarantees are only offered if explicitly stated. Information can be found with the respective product.

7. Sale of Food and Alcohol

Food:

  • We provide information about ingredients, allergens, and best-before dates (BBD).
  • Please check the goods upon delivery for integrity and proper storage.

Alcoholic Products:

  • Sale only to persons aged 16, respective 18 or older.
  • Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

8. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
