Refund policy
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal according to the legal provisions of the European Union.
Note: Our products are packaged, long-lasting food items. The right of withdrawal applies only if the goods are unopened and undamaged. Once opened or damaged, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you receive the goods.

To ensure your withdrawal is processed correctly, your email should include the following information:
- Subject: “Withdrawal Order [Order Number]”
- Order number
- Name and address of the customer
- Items to be withdrawn
- Date of receipt of the goods
Once we have received your email, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal.
Consequences of Withdrawal
After reviewing the withdrawal, we will refund all amounts already paid, provided that the goods are unopened and undamaged. The refund will be made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The return of the goods must be arranged in advance by email; the direct costs of return shipping are borne by the customer. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
